    Trans Canada Trail
    The Trans Canada Trail will be a shared-use recreation Trail that will wind its way through every Province and Territory. It will be the longest Trail of its kind in the world, spanning approximately 17, 898 kilometres. Access: Click Here for the Trail locations and details.

    The Samson/Albion Trail
    This urban walking trail follows the route of Canada's first iron-steel railroad. Access: Accessed at the New Glagow Riverfront Visitors Centre.

    Hidden Grove Trail
    This trail meanders through a mixture of old and second growth forest, and leads to a scenic viewpoint set amidst a lush grove. Access: Take Wharf Avenue north, and turn right at the four way stop with Sechelt Inlet Road. Proceed 6.6km to Sandy Hook Road and park here. The 'Hidden Grove' sign marks the trailhead.

    Black Loyalist Heritage Trail
    This heritage walking trail takes visitors on a trip back in time. The trails winds around the Black burial ground, and ends with a monument dedicated to the fallen, an insightful museum and an interpretive centre designed to further educate visitors on Nova Scotia's rich Black history. Access: In Birchtown, near Shelburne

    Delap's Cove Wilderness Trail
    The Delap's Cove Wilderness Trail consists of 3 different trails: Bohaker Trail, Charlies Trail and Shore Road Trail. Access: From Granville Beach, turn right onto Hollow Mountain Road. Turn left on to Shore Road West, which will lead to the trailhead sign.
