Located on the grounds of Acadia University, this 2.5 ha (6 acre) garden and conservatory contains nine native habitats of Acadian Forest Region. Visitors walk the pathways that wind through the gardens and enjoy a picnic on the grounds. Guided tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer.

Two Rivers Wildlife Park
Five hundred square acres of wildlife and leisure awaits at the Two Rivers Wildlife Park. This historic house and estate, located between Dartmouth and Windsor on Route 1, is a true Georgian-style development that was built in 1813 for Attorney-General Richard John Uniacke. The property has seven scenic walking trails that can be enjoyed any time of year. The house, which is open from June to mid-October, gives visitors a feel for the lives on 19th century Nova Scotian gentry. The tea room in the basement is operated by knowledgeable museum interpreters.
