    This museum represents civilian and military aviation in Canada and the world.     Tupperville School Museum

    Spend a day in an authentic one-room school house, complete with old pine desks, an organ, an antique school book collection and numerous old photos, artifacts and memorabilia from the olden days. Also on display is a collection of Aboriginal crafts and a genuine Acadian clay oven. Admission is free. Open May 17 to September 2.

    Located in Hantsport, formerly one of the largest ship-building ports in the World, this museum celebrates the regions past nautical glory.     Bangor Sawmill Museum

    Candle in the Window Vintage Museum
    At the height of naval transport, Port George earned the reputation of a prosperous shipping town. That heritage is commemorated at this museum, which depicts history dating back to the 1700's all the way to the present day. Numerous items are on display, including photographs, portraits, antiques, genealogical resources and collectibles. Guided tours are available. Open from June 1 to October 1.

    Prescott House Museum

    The Hon. Charles R. Prescott built this gracious Georgian-style house about 1814 and surrounded it with extensive gardens. He introduced better varieties of apples and established the Fruit Growers' Association. His great-grand daughter restored the house in the 1930s and added her collection of early needlework samplers and what is considered to be one of the best collection of tribal Oriental carpets in Canada. Open June 1 - October 15, admission charged.
